Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of kindful’s website at kindful.co and the related services covered here. By accessing or using the website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website or services.
Property management services
kindful provides short-term rental property management services that may include guest operations, cleaning and turnover coordination, maintenance coordination, supply management, and reporting to property owners. Each property owner’s specific relationship with kindful is governed by the management agreement entered into with that owner. If these Terms of Service conflict with a signed management agreement, the signed management agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from kindful, for example, by giving us your phone number through the kindful app, a form, or directly to our team, you consent to recurring operational and account-related messages at the number you provide. Messages may include property-operations updates, cleaning and maintenance coordination, supply-order confirmations, account or statement notices, and conversational responses from your kindful agent.
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- The number and frequency of messages will vary based on property activity.
- Your wireless provider’s message and data charges may apply under your mobile plan.
- You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@kindful.co.
- You may also remove your phone number from the kindful app settings at any time, which will immediately stop SMS delivery.
- Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle phone numbers and text-messaging data. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website license and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, its content, and the kindful name, trademarks, logos, and other materials are owned by kindful or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, you may access the website for your own lawful use. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, distribute, or redistribute website content or other kindful materials.

The website and services are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kindful disclaims warranties and representations of every kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability to the extent that doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
